How to find us.

Friends’ Meeting House, 27 Ashgate Road, Chesterfield, S40 4AG

The meeting house is at the junction of Brockwell Lane and Ashgate Road.

The meeting house is on two floors and has two entrances. The Brockwell Lane entrance provides level access to our meeting room and library on the first floor where we hold most of our Quaker meetings. Parking is available on Brockwell Lane and there are a bus stops very close to the meeting house.

Our small car park is accessed via the Ashgate Road entrance.  From this entrance the first floor can only be accessed by stairs.

There are wheelchair accessible toilets on both floors and a hearing loop system in the meeting room.

Coming on public transport

The Beetwell Street bus station is about half a mile from the meeting house and the railway station about a mile. Brockwell Lane is on the 39 bus route.

To find out more about our meeting you can contact us by email to friends@chesterfieldquakers.org.uk or or by phone from Monday to Saturday on 07962 981570. This number is answered by the staff, who look after our meeting house. They will arrange for a Friend from the meeting to contact you.
